Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following:
The item must be returned complete, including all original components and packaging.
The item must not be broken or damaged due to careless handling.
Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deduct shipping charges from your refund.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If approved, we will confirm the return status within that period.
Important: We reserve the right to decline returned items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.

Reason for return
Photo evidence (if damaged or broken)
Customer’s full name
Shipping address
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return address.
Do not return the item to the sender address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Consumers (individuals acting outside of commercial or professional activities) have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
Withdrawal Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party assigned by you (excluding the carrier), received the goods.
As our fulfillment process is fully automated, we cannot cancel an order once it is placed. You must wait until the goods are delivered and then proceed with a return.

The withdrawal becomes effective once the returned goods have been received.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Since we ship from Asia, longer transit times may occur.
If your package is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until receipt and then initiate the return process (though you may notify us in advance).
We recommend providing us with a shipping confirmation when you send the package back to speed up processing.
If you cancel your order:
We will refund the full payment amount, excluding delivery charges (and any additional costs due to a non-standard shipping method you selected).
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
